Shipping and Returns Policy

MONARCH – Terms & Conditions


At MONARCH, your satisfaction matters to us.

To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.




1. Inspection at Delivery


  • Customers must inspect their order while the courier is present.
  • If you choose not to keep the item for any reason, you may return the entire order on the spot.
  • In this case, only the shipping fee is payable.
  • Partial returns are not accepted, in accordance with courier company policies.



Once the courier departs and the order is accepted, no refunds or returns will be permitted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.




2. Manufacturing Defects


If you discover a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.


The item must be:


  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase



All defect claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.




3. Exchanges


  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to item availability.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated only via Instagram DM at @monarch.cairo.
  • Please do not coordinate exchanges with the courier. MONARCH is not responsible for any arrangements made directly with couriers.
  • Exchange processing may take up to 7 working days from approval.





4. Refunds


  • Refunds are only applicable in approved cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Discounted or sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, including items purchased as part of bundles.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.



Approved refunds are processed as follows:


  • Processing time: 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item
  • Funds appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider
  • Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used





5. Shipping Fees


  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery area.
  • All shipping fees related to returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs will be collected or deducted accordingly during the refund or exchange process.





6. Customer Support & Response Time


  • All return or exchange requests must be sent via Instagram DM to @monarch.cairo.
  • Our team will respond within 48 hours maximum from the time your request is received.





7. Important Notes


  • Orders must be accepted or returned in full at delivery.
  • Accepted orders cannot be refunded once the courier leaves.
  • Our policies are designed to ensure fair usage, efficient fulfillment, and protection for both our customers and our brand.
