When will my order be delivered?

• Cairo & Alexandria: 3–5 business days
• Other governorates: 3–6 business day

How do I determine my size?

Can I order two sizes?

We do not dispatch multiple sizes for comparison. Size exchanges are available in accordance with our policy.

May I try the items upon delivery?

Yes. Customers are welcome to try items at delivery. Kindly do so efficiently and with respect to the courier’s schedule.

Can I accept part of my order?

No. Orders must be accepted or returned in full. Partial acceptance is not permitted.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only granted in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery.

Once accepted, orders are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to inspection and availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How do I request an exchange or report an issue?

All requests are reviewed and handled within 48 hours.
